We’ve dedicated this website to the late Dr. David Horrobin in honour of his life long work and achievement in the field of Essential Fatty Acids [EFAs].

He was my personal friend, the pioneer of EFAs, my tutor and my mentor. Without his research, knowledge and his willingness to share it, I would not be alive today.

We will carry on his mission!

My involvement in this field started out over fifteen years ago when I was working in corporate America and suddenly fell very ill. Finding out I was diagnosed with 'ME' and Fibromyalgia gave me two choices, go the route of the medical feild and wait years for the wrong answers or take charge of my own health and start researching to regain my health.
